The hotel is very well situated, near the MRT, near the nice market of Chinatown. The hotel is cute, clean, comfortable beds, the rooms are small but nice, people are friendly and helpful. I can definitely recommend this hotel ! I have stayed in other hotels in Chinatown where I would not go again but I will go again to the Inn at Templer Street.
During the 3 days I stayed no one went in the room to clean or check my needs. TV never worked. Wi-fi did not work. The internet hotel was so slow that I could not by my flight to Langkawi island. During the 3 days I stayed theres was a paper on the stairs floor and no one cleaned it!
