Everything was good except swimming pool as construction for renovation was on-going. Some work noise was directly below rooms.
Halal food was all around

Hotel staff on arrival were efficient and very friendly and greated us as if we were important. we had dinner there and the waitress was polite and explained the menu,very helpfull. Even though we only stayed for one night we would come again.

We stayed in a few rooms with our family. Although our room was fine, our Club Room booking had malfunctioning air-conditioning. Due to high occupancy, the rooms were also cleaned very late, often we could only get into our rooms after 3pm. There should also be free Wi-Fi--in this day and age most hotels have this facility. The front desk needs to improve on their communication skills with guests. The hotel in general needs to be refurbished--you can smell the age from their carpets.
