Everything was fine until check out. We need receipts for our accounting. None were available. We finally came up with a solution of having the clerk sign our reservation voucher and date it with our room number. They also had no copier.

Changi Village Hotel was really great. My wife and I had been in Australia for 3 weeks and wanted to see Singapore before we returned home to Europe. Upon arrival at the airport in Singapore, we asked for directions at the Information desk and the lady summoned the Changi Village bus driver, who makes hourly runs to and from the hotel, and who drove us direct to the front door of the hotel. At the hotel, we were amazed at the friendliness of the staff and the courtesy extended. Changi Village Hotel is located a pleasant 20 minute taxi-ride from the centre of the main city. The area around the hotel was safe and a nice place to explore on our first night in Singapore. I would definitely return to this city and stay at this hotel.
