Consumers vote Thailand hotel rooms as worth the price
Asia Web Direct reveals the best-value-for-money hotels in Asia
Bangkok - 09 October 2009: Thailand hotels are seen as the best value for money in Asia making up most of the top 20 value-for-money hotels, followed by Malaysia and Singapore, according to leading Asia travel website, Asia Web Direct.
The results come from Asia Web Direct's customer satisfaction report, based on over 25,500 reviews for 1,580 hotels in Asia, including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, Brunei, Indonesia, Laos and Macau, which asked AWD customers about their perception of value for money, cleanliness and service for hotels they had stayed in.
Asia Web Direct CEO, Sii Eawsakul said "These are unbiased reviews taken from our customers who have booked and stayed in the hotels.
"As a destination, Thailand offers a range of different experiences as well as a full range of accommodation options from no-frills to luxury, and these results affirm that hotels are delivering to consumers on the expectations they set through their pricing and marketing," said Sii.
