We have 14 fully self-contained historical (since 1883 used as the MAORI affairs department) units ranging from units that can sleep up to 2 persons to our "Lodge" which sleeps up to 14 persons comfortably. Savour the atmosphere of historical, tranquillity and fragrance from the many gardens.
Utuhina Lodge has 4 individual pools and Sauna set in exotic surroundings and heated by Rotorua's world famous geothermal hot mineral water. Cook your meat and vegetables in our own sulfur steam hangi for a culinary delight.

We are situated only 1.5km from the city centre and even closer to the sparkling waters of Lake Rotorua. We are situated on the banks of the Utuhina Stream, home of the famed Rainbow Trout.
