Sport of Kings provides you with all the extras you can only find in the better hotels and more, together with homely hospitality and local knowledge. Your rooms are thermally heated, you can choose a room with a private spa and there are large private spas available for all guests. The thermally heated swimming pool, set in its own private lawn and garden area at temperatures to suit the weather conditions, meaning all year round fun and soaking, features poolside furniture and a BBQ.
The two bedroom apartments have comfortable recliner chairs, full kitchens with frig/freezer and dishwashers - like home away from home for just one night or a long holiday vacation. ... [+] More These apartments can sleep up to six people.
The one Bedroom Spa apartments have the wow factor with your own private spa in a separate area off the queen bedroom. They have full kitchens and the apartments with one single bed in the lounge have two very comfortable recliner chairs. Two others have two single beds in the lounge area instead of the recliners. These apartments are also comfortably suitable for the longer holiday.
You can choose a standard studio, which sleeps 2.
A King bed unit with a mini kitchenette and two very comfortable recliner chairs. Ideal as an over nighter for the weary traveller or a longer stay. The alternative being a twin studio with two new comfortable single beds.

The deluxe studios with the option of a Queen Bed or a Queen and single sleep 2 to 3 people. Ideally suited to the busy corporate traveller, the holidaying couple or anybody needing a comfortable stop over. They have kitchenettes for making a light meal.
Whatever you choose you get the same standard of service; toiletries, tea, coffee and milk; free Wifi internet; flat screen TV with Sky, and DVD; kitchenette with all crockery, cutlery, toaster, microwave and utensils.

You will get the benefit of quiet accommodation in a residential area 5 minutes from Rotorua CBD and Te Puia geyserfield. Your mountain bikes, canoes and other small toys can be secured in our locker, and you can catch up with your laundry.
All our apartments are ground floor with one car park available for each. However we do have extra parks if needed for a boat or trailer or if you have two cars.
Our reception has been newly decorated and is like a mini gallery with our bird art on the walls. It is great to have our own art work throughout the apartments giving Sport of Kings Motel a uniqueness not to be found anywhere else.
