MALFROY Motor Lodge and Spa has eight spacious, comfortable and affordable serviced apartments set in character surroundings with original artworks set in semi-tropical gardens close to the centre of Rotorua.

MALFROY has its own geothermal re-injection bore, which is used to heat hot water, and to provide central heating into all of the apartments. Set in semi-tropical gardens close to Rotorua City Centre (CBD), all of our fully self contained apartments open to the sunny North and come with outside table and chairs.

All apartments are single storey, non-smoking, and have off street parking outside. We provide one Family Suite with a 42" Plasma TV that sleeps up to 7 people, four two bedroom apartments with 32" LCD TV's that can sleep a maximum of 6 guests each, and three studio apartments with 32" LCD TV's that can sleep up to 3 guests - ideally two adults plus a child. Three of our eight apartments come with massage shower/spa baths, and at 41 degrees centigrade our mineral pool (Spa) is both therapeutic and soothing for muscular pains, arthritis and rheumatism - and nothing beats a nice hot soak after a tiring day?s sightseeing.

All of our serviced apartments are fully self-contained being fully furnished, and include a comfortable queen size bed with freshly laundered linen, six channel SKY TV (satellite) and a DVD player come as standard ? so that you can watch the movies / footy / tennis in the comfort of your own lounge. We also have a video library - adult & children's movies - which is free for our guests.

MALFROY is very well located for access to Rotorua district's wide range of cultural, geothermal, scenic, adventure, and sporting attractions. We are also only a three minute walk from the CBD where you will find shops, cafes, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.

All of our apartments are single level, non-smoking and each has an off-street car park virtually outside the front door.

In addition to free off-street parking, we provide a free wireless broadband service, a secure children's play area with adventure set, and free use of our Spa pools and the guest barbecue area.

By arrangement, we can also provide free secure storage for sporting equipment while you stay with us - eg mountain bikes, kayaks.

Rotorua is a unique holiday centre that offers something for all to enjoy. Ideally, you should allow three or four days to enjoy all that Rotorua and the local area has to offer.
