The spacious, self-contained and air-conditioned lake view units accommodate from 2-7 guests; accommodating 40 guests in total. There are 2 x 2 bedroom units (one sleeps seven guests), 5 x 1 bedroom units and 1 studio unit.

The one and two bedroom units have a large open-plan lounge with full kitchen and separate bathroom. The bedrooms have a mix of king, queen, double, single beds and one set of bunk beds (no sofa beds).

Facilities include: fridge, microwave, oven, TV and heating/cooling air-conditioning. All linen is supplied and there is a guest laundry with iron and ironing board.

The motel is situated in over one acre of gardens where children have lots of room to play; there is a wooden play house and 2 trampolines. The recreational areas include lots of outside seating with large BBQ. Off-street parking is available for cars, caravans, motor-homes, boats and trailers. The following services are complimentary: hot spas, spa towels, kayaks, life jackets, extra large trampoline and children's playhouse. All rooms are serviced daily. Continental breakfast is available on request.

Rotorua city is 10 minutes approximately by car and 20 minutes by bus and there are no sulphur fumes.
