Ariki Backpackers is the only centrally located Backpackers in New Plymouth.

We accommodate 42 guests offering mixed dorms bunk beds. Including one Female only room with full ensuite facilities and full linen supplied(sheets,pillow,duvet and towel), Double and Twin/Single Rooms with a TV, Linen and adjoining showers with lockable doors and one Queen Anne Double with full ensuite facilities which may be configured to suit a family of 4.

Large Communal Kitchen with full facilities, Internet with Skype, Sunny TV lounge with DVD?S and Laundry facilities.

We can accommodate Backpackers, Sporting Groups, Social Groups, Students and Families of all ages.

In conjunction with Ariki Backpackers is Icons Sports Bar, offering great $10. ... [+] More00 meal menu along with Stonegrill meals. Pool table, sky television, and much more.

Only a short distance to many sought after attractions, these including Pukekura Park, Bowl Of Brooklands, Puke Ariki Musuem,Art Gallery, Coastal Walkway, Surf Beaches and Walkways and a Bus Depot 2 minute walk.
