Designed and built on sustainability principles by the owner this home offers panoramic views of the Southern Alps, Mt John, Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains.
The two guest rooms are well appointed, one with a queen bed and the other with a king. Each have an ensuite. They have independent entry access and access to a large patio with views down the lake.

A warm welcome will be waiting for you from your hosts, Chris and Colin Maclaren. Colin has climbed many of the peaks in the vicinity, including Mt Cook. Chris loves the peacefulness where she can enjoy her weaving and writing. They enjoy sharing their knowledge and love of the area with their guests.
On the lower floor is the Gallery that displays and sells Colin's paintings.
