Our 1-bedroom units are suitable for couples or families. The separate bedroom features either a queen bed or queen with single, and there are an additional 2 single beds in the lounge area. These units are fully self-contained, with full cooking facilities, microwave and fridge, as well as a separate bathroom. One Access Unit is also available.
We also offer 2 open plan Studios with double bed and separate bathroom. Kitchen facilities include bench top with elements, fridge, and microwave.

Pukenui Lodge Motel & Backpackers welcomes guests to Thomas House, our historic hostel. Home of the first Pukenui Post Office and shipping agency (circa 1925), it now features budget backpacker accommodation in naturally beautiful surroundings.
Comfortable and clean, our hostel features shared fully-equipped kitchen facilities, communal lounge with television, and separate showers and toilets.
