Larnach Lodge is a re-creation of a colonial farm building. There are twelve beautiful themed bedrooms with private facilities, each individually decorated. Every room has a splendid view of the ocean 1000 feet below

The Stable Stay is in the historic Stables building There are six individual bedrooms (the beds are made up with sheets and warm coverings) each with tea and coffee making facilities. Towels and amenities are provided. There are individual lockable-shared showers and toilet facilities.

Larnach Castle is located 20 minutes from Dunedin city and is central to the unique wildlife attractions on the Otago Peninsula.

Breakfast is available between 8.00am – 9.30am and is included in your room rate.
The Castle Café is open daily from 9.30am – 4.30pm.
Exclusively for our accommodation guests – an experience not to be missed! Enjoy dinner at Larnach Castle in one of the lovely dining rooms. A three-course table d’hote menu is served house party style at one sitting – a chance to meet the other guests. The dinner is prepared especially for our guests, so must be booked, reconfirmed and ordered from our menu by 5.00pm on the day.
