Arcadian Motel offers accommodation situated in a quiet residential area of Dunedin, only seven minutes drive from the city centre and on the route to the Otago Peninsula, (famous for its Albatross and Penguin colonies and Larnach Castle). We are also handily located for major Dunedin sporting venues (Carisbrook, Edgar Stadium, The Ice skating stadium, Westpac Bowls Stadium).

The complex has a range of different sized units from studio units to a three bedroom flat. All units are at ground level providing easy access from generous parking facilities. The units are spacious and most have full kitchens. There is a guest laundry. Wireless broadband is also available the guests at no cost. Our facilities cater for everyone from groups through to families and individual travellers.
