We have been overcharged MYR100. We had paid a deposit of 100MYR and this was not deducted from our final bill. To say the least, I am very disappointed in this behaviour.
Other than that our experience was first class. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Having wifi is a good bonus and the recommendations made for eating and for excursions was very good.
The lifts were unreliable, although at least one was always working. Whilst the breakfast was basic, it was good.

The hotel and its facilities were very good. I would suggest that the pool area would be improved if there could be shade provided eg with umbrellas and if there could be cushions available for the loungers in the pool area.
We were lucky to get an upgrade to an apartment so cannot comment on Hotel rooms. There were no restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc as the establishment is mainly apartments.
