This hotel is modern and clean with a good central position. The staff are helpful and the breakfast is good with choices to suit all nationalities. The free wifi only worked briefly during our stay. However, I was allowed to use the lobby interet station free of charge to do my online check in.
Clean safe efficient, Close to shops, Cheap and professional massge next door
On the 4th day of my stay, i was away for the whole day and came back that night and found my luggage key was broken. Luckily my laptop and the rest of the items are still in luggage?? Informed at the front counter about the incident on the next morning and they have kept the broken key as the 'souvenir' i guess! Never expected such incident could happen at the Swiss-Inn group hotel!
