SEAPARK CONDOTEL 85-rooms (inclusive of double, twin, triple and 5-bed family). Room are very spacious, ideal for family travelers with children. Fully air-conditioned room, Television, Telephone, private bathroom with hot & cold shower and Tea/Coffee making facilities. On site restaurant is available and we got a large swimming pool and wading pool for children for your relaxation after a tired day of travelling. Ideally located next to Tanjung Aru Plaza shopping complex where there are a lot of tour and travel agents, restaurants, pub and entertainments. Only 3 minutes away from AirAsia Terminal 2 and 10 minutes away from Kota Kinabalu International Airport and the city center of Kota Kinabalu Take a walk to the famous Tanjung Aru Beach and beach hawker center where you can enjoy watching the sunset or jog along the beautiful white sandy beach.

If you need a bed while in transit go ahead, but thats it. The hotel is located at ;least 2.5km from Terminal 1 and AirAsia.
