very friendly and rendered good services from the bellman to the check-in and out counters.
Hotel staff were wonderful. Sea view from room amazing. Very quiet and clean. Breakfast presented beautifully and very tasty. Evening bufet cocktail was a true bonus. Could not believe complementary. Staff so friendly certainly recommend this hotel to friends. Excellent location
The hotel rate is quoted for 2 persons only. As we are a family of three so I make an online enquiry regarding three persons stay together in a room. It took more than 4 days to receive a reply. This is unacceptable.
Furthermore, when asked for a non smoking room and for reasons unknown, we were given a smoking room at level 4. A phone call to the duty manager and after forty minutes, not thing is happening. We were only given a new NON SMOKING room at level 8 after physically complaint to the check-in counter,
The new room did not have the extra bed. It took us several attempts and eventually we got it at 10:00 PM (after we retruned from dinner and need to rest).
