Best Western Kinabalu Daya Hotel

Room service is very bad..they didnt supplies any new soap or shampoo...dint change the matress etc..

The breakfast was good and the hotel is centrally located. It was easy to get around in the city. However, the printer at the lobby had broken down and it was not repaired. So we had to go to an internet cafe to print. The hotel management can be more efficient and look into maintaining the hotel equipment.

I stayed in one of the "newly refurbished room", and to my surprise found rats in my room during my first night stay. Complaining to the staff, and they replaced with another "old" room which I found it smaller (on second night stay). If you are expecting good service due to the good brand name for this hotel, forget about it. But if looking for the so-called value for money, it's quite fair enough. My holiday in KK this time was ruined due to the poor accomodation services. To my verdict, I will never return back to this hotel.
