Value for money! Service is good and the staff is nice.
Cons: 1. The room is getting old especially the balcony.
2. Lack of choices in dinner. As one of the restaurant closed for upgrading. The taste of buffet in Kingfisher is just fair. The food in Olive is not good as before by the new chief.
3. Too much ppl in breakfast time, i need to queue for 10 mins outside the Kingfisher restaurant. It never happen in my past journey.
Overall is still good as value of money. But i may not stay again as i would rather pay more for better quality.

Physical location of hotel was fantastic and pool villas were very nice. No room service was provided unless requested at 7pm on all days. Food in main hotel was very average and over priced for that standard. Definitely catering for package tours not individual traveller. Also internet connection via modem only in Pool villa suites. definite issue
The room is nice but the blanket and pillow is smelly. The service at the lobby is not friendly. The aircond in the room is not cold but still not service till the second time we remind.
