We have great experiences from our stay in this hotel. Although, the place a little bit isolated and secluded, it didn't bother us much since we are avid natural lover. There were some construction works undergoing on the road heading to the hotel. The beach, I must say, not that really great, however we enjoyed the sea breeze, the scenery and the sunset. The staffs were nice & helpful. We had a smooth check-in. The room was nice with newly painted wall & new floor. The breakfast is ok and it is the same food and drinks everyday. We booked island hopping trip with a speed boat, where we were taken to pulau giam for snorkelling, swimming & enjoying ourselves in one of the small beach at pangkor island, sightseeing from the boat at pangkor laut & fishing village. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience for us.
Hotel is value for Money, they served us vegetarain food which was good gesture. room service was not that responsive. I had broken flush and non working telephone complaied was never repaired.
People speak very bad english, food is horrible - not only could it's yust very very bad. Even coffee doesn't taste ok!
