Great hotel and location, Staff were always helping especially Raja who gave us good advise for tours and things to do. Hotel needs to provide better shuttle service. A pity we could not swim at the beach because of the Jelly fish. Close to bus stop to visit the city.
do not book with asiaweb direct as overbooking was not handles in a more professional way - with no offer of upgrades when overbooking that caused disappointment and screwed up holiday plans.
Location of hotel is good. Room have sea view. Staff are friendly and helpful even to the security guards on duty.
