Rooms starting to look tired. Bathroom handbasin badly chipped/stained, should change, bedroom carpet not properly vacuumed especially in the corners.
reception c/i was great, accommodaed our request for King bed. Swimming pool was great but recreation attendant should strictly enforce "Proper swimming attire" rule since a few guest were obviously not in proper swim wear while in the pool.

No comment, very good hotel to stay and the staff are very friendly and helpfull, if the hotel still maitained this holiday package i and my family might return to this hotel again next year. Tq
I know other hotels from the copthorne group where the rooms were in a much better conditions.
