Overall, a good experience. The hotel was in Jerajak Island, and we arrived at an inconvenient hour. Yet hotel send across its ferry to pick us up. A good resort with many facilities. The Spa and Massage is on a bit expensive side. But food and drinks are reasonable. Location is excellent, for those who love peace and tranquility

Resort was spacious and well-built. However, overall maintenance of the common areas, such as corridoors and grounds need better upkeep. When we were there, the resort was almost full with several families. As such, there was need for extra bedding. These were unfortunately left along the corridoors for more than 24 hours and appeared not very sanitary. The carpet in our room was lightly stained and the towels, although, washed and cleaned, were also stained. There was no soap dish in the shower or shelf to place shampoo, soap, etc. S taff was friendly and accomodating. Food could be better tasting especially local dishes. Otherwise, resort is good value for the money.
