Great location. Service at executive lounge was rather good. The spa and the hairdressing were reasonable and service was good.
Very nice hotel with pleasant and very professional staff. Good central location away from the city centre, allowing easy access to the whole island.
We booked this hotel based on the recent reviews on the internet and on relatives' recommendation. It did not disappoint... The staff were courteous and efficient. The standard room we booked was big, faced Gurney Drive and had excellent views. Although there was no bath tub in the bathroom, they provided a baby tub for our 7 mth old, together with a cot bed. The complimentary drinks in mini bar was refilled everyday and good quality Aigner shower gels were provided. There's complimentary parking provided for hotel guests for those who drove from KL like we did. Best of all, the price we paid per night was quite decent... booked from this website of course. We did not eat at the hotel, as we were on a hawker food trip!
