I have relaxing experience staying in the hotel. Room facilities and services were excellence. The only drawback was the hotel's location in which we have to book a cab every time we wished to go out of the vicinity. Should propose to the authority to build light raid transit like KL.
overall the hotel was great but the staff at the front desk need a little of smile. this could be turn off no matter how nice hotel could be.
Good size guest rooms, great service and spectacular view. Only negative was the speed with which breakfast buffet was terminated.
