Good location, fair service, noise from the next door eatery can be too much. If you're driving, make sure you get a parking spot before 8pm. After that, the parking lot will be occupied by cars from next door's eatery.
Security could be further enhanced like for eg. main door could be controlled by room key/card (tapping in system)
The room is clean and comfortable. And the staffs are nice and helpful.
