Room is okay, but noisy at night time, by Disco
We shall stay again in this hotel the next time when holidaying in Penang.
Was disaapointed that internet had to be paid additionnal, with the reason that booking was made by internet. also the connection bought was valid only for 24 hrs once it was started (bought 5 hour coonections and had to finish using it within 24 hrs, else it become invalid) and since I used it mainly for checking my mail, i do not need to connect 5 hrs a day)
Quality of room was not very good, quite old and needs renovation, the shower was in bad state and could not be held in position.
But on the other hand I must say that the staff is quite friendly.
