We booked the hotel room with the shared bathroom so my family was not happy with that arrangement. Fortunately the reception staff were kind enough to let us change rooms with its own attached bathroom. Also our tour driver, Abu Mansour, was very helpful in giving us information about the Penang Island, arranging us the Island tour and providing transport to the airport.
Clean rooms, good service with clean, soft nice sheets, AC worked, Flat screen and disney kept kids happy for the 8 hours we were there. The back packers cafe opposite (5 yards) did the best fresh fruit juice and omlete with "ham". Perfect for a short stopsover
THE OVERALL HOTEL & ROOM ARE CLEAN & TIDY. THE RESERVATION STAFF HERE ARE FRIENDLY.
