These are comments for management ;
You need to show direction indicators to the elevator from the room (617); this is a basic safety issue but also caused irritation every time we left the room.
WIFI instructions should be printed on the TV guide display - why do I have to waste 10 minutes asking reception staff ??? Basic.
THe electricity plugs have caused inconvenience ; as you must know you cant use the kettlle without moving it to a live plug . Also the desk light has no switch - you have to search under the table to swith off at the wall point .
You have an excellent hotel ; as a fellow hotel owner I have spent my valuable leisure time giving you thes private feedback and I hope you will act on it .

The hotel was well located and walking distance to the sites in town, a little further to the shopping centre. Service and personality was good and the evening entertainment (band Sugarbeat) was also good. Overall, highly recommended.
