Good value for money Hotel in the midst of Georgetown, Penang. Howerver air is smoked filled as it is not a non smoke free hotel.
more a budget or no frills hotel. Not deserving of the 4-star Award they had displayed. Small hotel lobby. Carpet alone the corridor seem unclean. The room had old furniture. The decor of the room was unimaginative...very dull. They did not provide hand towels in the bathroom. There was an almost empty roll off toilet roll and a new new just left on the toiilet flush handle. Looking out of the window at the swimming pool below... the pool had an un-appealing look about it. The hotel generally had a run-down look and feel.
Rooms are big, spacious and clean. Food is up to the standard except the coffee house lights are not fully switched on during the night. A bit too dim. Love the revolving restaurant. Buffet is good but the live band performance is a bit too short. Housekeeping staff very efficient. Overall all the staff provide excellent services.
