Krystal Suites is very suitable for a family style accommodation in Penang with its facilities, environment and pricing. Though it is a still far from George town and Gurney Drive, it is near to the airport but have a quiet surrounding at the same time.
The hotel has a good parking facilities & room. They just need to improve the hotels wash room.
