This is a good hotel - clean and very good staff. Much better than some other Penang hotels. The room is small but in fine shape and free wifi. When I arrived, they told me the non-smoking rooms were all full and gave me a smoking room. The smell of smoke was so strong that I couldn't stay in there. I complained and right away they gave me a non-smoking room. Huh? I thought they were all full? Overall I think the hotels in Penang are extremely overpriced.
The hotel itself is good. The location which is very near to Queensbay Mall is great. However, some of the receptionists are not really friendly. And also I felt itch when I sleep at night, I am not sure whether it is bed bug or what.
