the room condition is bad, upgrading and maintenance needed. every rooms are not standardised.
Poor reception service level. Rude & slow.
Very impressed friendly and flexibility environment of the staffs, facilities provided e.g free shuttle to shopping, information and guidence and many more such as rooms and kitchen conditions and facilities made me and my family felt as we were at home.
