Services very good.
I had the most beautiful 2 nights. Every single staff member treated me so well. I found them all efficient and friendly. They all did everything possible to help with anything and everything. Being a single guest can be uncomfortable, but instead I was made feel totally comfortable, and special in every way. The standard of accomodation was exceptional.
Excellent location.At times the service in the lounge and Spice Market were very poor to non!.We went to the seafood buffet Saturday night and were extremely disappointed there was no crabs,mussels,lobster,clams in fact little to no actual Seafood at all.But strangely there was beef and other meats!,why call it a Seafood buffet and at 180 Ringits not cheap.I do have to say the service at the grill/bar near the pool was excellent.
