The buildings are linked by a covered walkway. The Holiday Inn Resort Penang is popular with families. Rooms are well designed and decorated to a high standard.

Hotel messed up my requests, and did not bother to inform me. Internet not working till about 1 hour later, and fancy hotel wanted to charge me for the call to Internet service provider to resolve the problem. Worse still, got my reservation dates wrong and expected me to check out one day earlier. Did not even apologize and made it seemed my fault. AWD miscommunicated or did not communicate in time.
This is probably the last time I am booking my travel through AWD and last time i am staying at Holiday Inn.

The service is not bad but i was charged 2 times the booking fees. The hotel claimed that they did not received the booking fees which I was paid through Asia Web. I am still waiting for the hotel's reply on the refund. What a dissapointment!!!
Good views in the seaside and easy 2 find enting place.safe money.
