The hotel was full during my stay but that did not bother me due to the fact that the staffs at the hotel handled situation very well. However, the Garden Terrace was buffet breakfast was served could not accomodate the surge of crowd therefore many were left waiting for tables. I would like to commend on the good service of a Mr Johhny Yap who attended to me by getting a place for me at the terrace when the front desk person at the restaurant asked me to go upstairs ballroom for my breakfast where it was actually cater to a group having family day. Other than that, i had a pleasant stay here. Food was good and well preserved. It was the crowd who did not behave by taking food as though they were no tomorrow.
