the room is in excellent condition except car park. hotel should provide more car park either basement or outside. it is annoying to park very far and carrying all my stuff to my room by walking that far. kindly take note.
There re two things would like to highlight.
1.The check in system is poor,its not necessary to take number and queue up and mainly need a special counter for those did on line booking.It was exhausting to wait even though you did confirmed room on line.
2. the breakfast was very limited choice and not really delicious for the amount we pay.Need upgrade in foods.

Overall the hotel is good. But the water heater pressure is weak and hardly to shower. May be cause by the room at the fifth floor.
