The Hotel need to change its policy and rules on the usage of its swimming pool. Observed that those in the swimming pool were fully dressed, long and short sleeve T shirts, long pants, short pants, head scarf and not in the usual swimming attires....Personnaly saw a "Mat Salleh" family in their swimming attire and their daughter holding a swimming polystyrene floats, reaching the pool, saw what was describe earlier, then shaking their head and heading back to their room with entering the pool...What stories , will these tourist bring back to their home country about Malaysia's unhygienic standards....
Try to serve a better breakfast & dinner. We have our 'dinner steamboat buffet' on the first night, we advice that the service when refill the food or drink is too slow and also, the choice is too low.
Overall the hotel value for money My family enjoy our trip here very relaxing with swimming pool and beautiful beach
