Badly stained bedsheets, smelly towels, no replenishment of water as before, no teaspoons,(had to ask) poor resupply of bev amenities, no respond from calling housekeeping. Hotel is def. cutting costs & it effects the guests experience.
Room on booking requested king size bed ; however hotel side only provide two single bed and giving reason of hotel full book
I have never seen such a bad hotel. The picture that is shown with the superior room does not represent the room. I even believe it is a deluxe room, which is more expensive. The personell does not provide any service (they are not interested in a pleasant stay). The breakfast is 90% asian. This is not a 4star hotel!
