Glory Beach Resort Port Dickson

Nice hotel. Great service by Front Office Department. But bad service by Housekeeping. On 2nd day, our room was not made up, towels had not been replaced and I have to call Housekeeping (2 times) to collect our trash. On 1st day, I had called Housekeeping 5 times to send towels to our room (from 2pm till 5pm).

The services were really bad. The swimming pool had no towels imagine that. Ppl jump into the with their normal clothings. The bed linens were dirty.

I dont even know where to begin. I booked 2 apartments here, 1 a 3 room and the other a 2 room. Everything was pathetic right from the start. Check-in was hopeless. Knowing it was a long weekend the management should have prepared in advance for a crowd. Despite many ppl attempting to check in, the management only opened 1 counter which was ridiculous. There were so many other staff hanging around doing nothing! They couldnt even arrange to have both apartments in the same block. Our families were placed in 2 separate blocks!
Even better to get the bell boy to send our bags up would take them 6 hours!!!! Crazy

Rooms were small but clean. But basic very basic. Air-cond were a joke. Near condemned would be a better statement. All the toilets couldnt be flushed! It starts going downhill from here

Impossible to use the facilities. 1 pool for 4 apartment blocks lol. They dont even bother to stop ppl who enter the pool with their pants, shirts etc. The water was disgustingly murky. They dont even have enough towels to supply the guest.These aint just the pool towels! Housekeeping came in and cleaned our beds, took our towels and DIDNT EVEN provide fresh clean replacements

I dont even understand why they advertise they have room service. Apparently they only serve the main block, all other blocks are left to dry

Honestly to the rest of you who are considering this place....seriously spend a little extra and go somewhere else. Its not worth paying these rates for such a crappy holiday at such a crappy place.

Honestly asia web direct should remove this hotel as its one of the worst places/experiences I ever had
