mattress and charged RM 30! My mom who slept on the mattress was scratching badly. The hotel also chatge for extra towel!
I will definitely will not come back and will rather stay at the Mahkota Hotel. Its a pity as the hotel has potential to be a very nice 4 star resort hotel. The hotel seriously need to be refurbished and the cafe menu has to be chnaged and offer international buffet. Overall I am dissapointed and the picture in the website is so deceiving.
