We feel that the hotel lacks all in term of friendliness, value for money and service was quite bad. The location is not fantastic, the hotel facilities like tv was also bad as the connection was bad too. No complimentary usage of computer, breakfast was ok and overall cleanliness and service was not 4 star at all.

The room & facilities is bad, not worth the price at all!!

1. Amenities inside the room not complete. In my case, inside my room there's only 2 towel. More than 2 electricity plug/switch can not be use!
2. Very old bath tub.
3. 'Run down' toilet! Crack toilet table top and sink.
4. Bulky TV set with terrible pictures and missing channel.
5. Double standard attitute of the waiter to us (local guest). During breakfast (peak time), I've asked for seat (2 person) but the answer. "Sir, free seating" but when foreigner came (also 2 person), the waiter "all out" help/assist them to find the seat. We have to find the seat and do the table adjustment ourself.
5. Overall, worse experience, not value for money and not advice to stay at this hotel (current conditioon).
