Service Apartment Globallon Hotel

For the past few months I been using Asia web for my booking. However, this is my first time facing bad experience with the hotel. Totally not recommended to stay. The price is unreasonable but the place really bad. Mahkota Hotel is still the best for accommodation. For near future, all hotels should provide more rooms.. Its not a peak period yet no rooms available. For regular customer thru booking from Asia Web, they should given a discount instead.

I had put down a remark to have 2 singles instead of 1 queen. And to my surprise when I checked in they said it was not possible to do so although I was informed by a staff that there wouldn't be any problem doing so. Very disappointed.

This is a service apartment with 2 bed rooms, 1 with queen size bed and the other wiith 1 single bed. The maintenance is poor with no facilities at all even fork & spoon in your apartment. Our so-called Master Bed room toilet cannot be locked, and the sharing toilet for the other room cannot be closed and locked. The floor does not looked clean, due to poor maintenance. The Car Park is at 7th Floor, inconvenient and feel unsafe. Not recommended for stay. You won't enjoy.
