The map of the hotel indicated on your website was wrong. It was indicated on google map to be on Jalan Taman Kota Laksamana 1 (residential area) instead of No 6 Jalan KLU 1 (A new area) which is much further away. The premise for choosing this hotel was the proximity to Jonker Walk, and that we didn't have to take transport to visit the sights. The map grossly misrepresented the location of the hotel and as a result, it took us 1.5 hours to find and get to where it actually is. I had 5 guests from overseas with me and it left us with a bad experience overall. Really disappointed.
