The shower was broken. The air cond units are OLD and UNDER MAINTAINED. Only 1 air cond remote control for the whole house! The lifts are in dilapidated condition and need to wait so long. The air in the units are musty and smoky. It was a terrible experience. I booked 2 double beds and 2 single beds. But ALL the beds were single beds -my baby had to sleep between 2 single beds! Do not promise what you cannot keep! Dishonest!
FYI - it is a residential condo
CONS: Dirty, moldy smell. Paint flaking off the walls, crap on top of the range hood that has not been wiped for months. I specified not to charge me the extra cleaning service for a very dirty unit and pointed out these issues. Stove top does not work -knobs were taken of. Not even a toaster. Kitchen had an old sponge to wash, not even a set of plates, bowls, cups for 6 adults even though the advertised for 6 people. Baby cot that came was a mattress about the thickness of a novel. No tub for small children! Only one key and no option for a second. Hallways, not welcoming.
PROS - close location, but a little far to walk to chinatown. great pool. good showers. having the living room to chat after kids go to sleep.
