Rather run done, needs to refurnish. Breakfast is lousy.
The bathtub was very bad condition then the water is yellowish not if it safe to drink the pool was ok but some section was closed (the slide)
Reservation was instant. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed made and kitchen tidy and clean. Facilities in the room works. The room was also on a high floor which is what was requested. Breakfast was great - a big selection. There are a coupe of halls for breakfast and I appreciate the hotel taking the trouble to segregate tour groups from non tour groups. The only issue I have is the wireless facility. I bought the $10 ringgit voucher but it does not work. I was disappointed. I hope the management will look into this.
