Efficient checking in and out. Good service especially executive club lounge.
I was disappointed as they gave me a room with no bathtub, when I did request
for it upon reservation. I had a room with shower only and no breakfast was included. I was told that my reservation had no breakfast only upon checking in. I was unaware of this, and was not informed of it at all.

I went with my wife and three children. The hotel staff were splendid and was always obliging, smiling and helpful. Breakfast, swimming pool, spa, room were superb!! Really enjoyed our stay. Recommend this hotel to travellers!!
