Philea Resort & Spa offers a total of 201 rooms, consisting of 180 Pavilion Villas, 19 units of Philea Suites and 2 units of Royal Villa. Each Block is designed to resemble a village with a panoramic view of the whole resort.
Philea Resort & Spa is located in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, thirty minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city. The resort is also close to the Ayer Keroh interchange of the North South Highways, making it easily accessible. The only minus point about this hotel is the free WIFI they are offering. WIFI can NEVER be used indoors. WIFI reception is no strong unless we are sitting at lobby area. They should introduce LAN in the rooms instead of WIFI. And also they should provide free shuttle services to nearest shopping malls. For the price we are paying at least these few areas are given to us as a token of appreciation.
Impressive design but services and facilities still need improvement
1)Do not expect anything fancy
2)Children play room is way too small, also should not be situated too near to the waterfall/pool as it is very dangerous
3)Changing room lockers all taken up but there were only less than 10 guest staying.
4)Facility not upkeep, starting to run down even tho it is merely a year old.
