Unfortunately under new management and very clumsy during check-in process. Many of the staff unhappy with new manager. 14 of us had deluxe rooms, some got tea, coffee and water adily, other told they had to pay for it. Another group of 21 had same experience and worse, being told their deluxe is now a high room charge (superior deluxe I think) and asked to pay extra. Most of us have been there more than twice before and all very disappointed with new management. I still be staying there again next march as I love the hotel and location, fingers crossed the feedback has reached management by then. Sorry this isn't the best review, normally I give outstanding for this hotel but average at the moment.
Good location although not close enough from the main pentai cenang happening places. Hotel is ok, but certainly not a good 4 stars hotel (I was in deluxe Room). The service is not as what I expected from a 4 stars hotel. I had to queue up for check out, waiting for 10mn (only 1 person at check out counter) while 3 other people were available at the check-in counter... So I won't recommend this hotel while you could easily find other cheaper 4 stars with better services in Langkawi.
It wasn't that good. Pls refer to item 7. Food wasnt that tasty.
