Hotel has a nice charm about it. Guest services was excellent.
great if you rent car, since the location of the hotel is a lit bit far from the center
It was such a let down. The lobby is nice, but it all went down hill from there. I knew we only booked a superior room but I figured it was 5 star so it would be above average. However there was still someone cleaning the room when we arrived, leaving us standing outside the room, making us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Then we were very disappointed at the run down state of the room. It was very old looking. Odd furniture. Air con was very slow to cool down and had to leave it on at all times just to get it to 23 degrees. The Bathroom was very old looking and slightly dirty with dust. The shower temp was hard to control. We didnt even go onto the balcony as it was dirty and had an empty flower box as the decoration. Not worth the money by any means. I would strongly advise against this hotel no matter what the deal is.
