This hotel was very well kept and the location was excellent. The staff was warm and quick in serving, but everything was in European style including food and music played in the lounge. If you are looking for a typical Malaysian touch, this hotel is a miss.
The Casa Del Mar thinks of every thing, reading books in the library, board games that have been donated by previous guests, adapter plugs, beach towels delivered to your room, daily weather reports and newspapers - refreshing mist spray for the hot times by the lovely pool or an ice cold beer at the pool bar and some tasty tapas. The staff are lovely and will do anything to make your stay relaxing and stress free. A great place for couples or families, we visited with a 2 year old and had a great time.
Lovely small friendly hotel, we could not fault the service.
